Global Crafts is committed to making Fair Trade products available to retailers and museums at competitive prices.   As such, we have no minimum order amount.

Tax is not included in the pricing. Customers who resell our products can reclaim any tax paid to us. Tax is added to your order, when we process the order.

Shipping

Shipping for UK orders is charged at exact cost price by Royal Mail parcel rates (www.royalmail.com), with the following exceptions:

1] Orders over £200 are FREE, this is a limited time special offer. 
2] If you place several orders in one calendar month the order that takes you over £500 for the month is FREE (min £100).
3] Customers who spent more than £500 in the previous calendar month get FREE shipping on all order (min £100) during this calendar month.
4] A minimum shipping charge of £7 is applied to all orders, unless they are free, under 1,2,or 3 above.

European Orders are sent via Royal Mail at exact cost (www.royalmail.com)

Payment

For initial orders placed with Global Crafts, we require payments in advance by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), cheque, or money order.  After a successful initial order, we will accept requests for a 30 -day payment (net 30)account. Credit is given solely at our discretion.

Returns

Damaged items should be reported with 7 days of delivery. We will always replace or credit your account for damaged or missing items. You must keep packaging for 48 hours after reporting shipping damage, so that we can claim on our insurance. 

Should you wish to return an item for any other reason, call for approval. In general an item must be returned within 15 days of delivery and the customer will pay for the shipping back to us. All non damage related returns are for account credit only.
